Free standard delivery on orders of £60 or more.

Standard delivery is sent using a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

Royal Mail pre 12pm - £6.95

If you place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday they are sent the same working day. An order after 2om is sent the next working day.

Item is no longer wanted

If for whatever reason you no longer want a NUMB01 product, you can notify us and send it back within 28 days of receiving the delivery. The item(s) must be unopened and unusued. The returns cost is at your own cost.

Item is faulty / damaged

If the item is faulty or damaged you must let us know straight away. Please send us an email with the photo proof and we will initiate the return. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving delivery, so please check the parcel as soon as it arrives. The returns cost will be paid by us.

Contact us on hello@numb01.co.uk as soon as you can to initiate your return. We will let you know the address the product needs to be sent back to, and communicate with you when it has been received and the next steps.
